She was "Mother of the Year" (state of Nebraska), on the Fremont School Board for twelve plus years, and on the ESU2 Board for several years. She was very supportive of public education."
What have been the most significant changes in education in your tenure?
"The change in student population. The elementary has increased by 70 students. [Also] the building of our beautiful new elementary school."
